What you need to bring

You must bring the following documents with you on the day of the market:

Public liability insurance
Food hygiene certificate(s)
Evidence of registration with your local Council's Environmental Health Department (can be obtained from your EHO)
Hygiene Rating certificate
Safety gas certificate (only when using gas appliances)

You must bring your own hand washing facilities (hot water, water receptacle, anti-bacterial soap & drying towels)

Additional donation

Vehicle movements

Once parked in the trading area you will not be allowed to start or move your vehicle until after 1.00pm. We apply this rule because we have a duty to the public, and to other traders, to provide a safe trading environment. If you are unable to accept this condition, please do not proceed with your booking.

We will retain your details, as a matter of course, for a period of 28 days following a market to allow us to deal with any queries you might have. After that time we will remove your personal details from our records unless you indicate that you are happy for us to contact you with Vineyard Market or Vineyard Compassion news in the future.
